EDUCATED Season 8, a 4-month online mentorship program designed to help students craft strong, authentic applications for universities, scholarships, internships, and leadership programs.
By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms:
1. Program ObjectivesEDUCATED Season 8 is designed to support students in developing competitive applications through:
- 15 weekly live Zoom sessions(1 session per week)
- Google Classroom for communication and assignment submissions
- Weekly assignments to build application components step-by-step
- Mentor meetings for feedback and progress tracking (based on your tier)
- Essay writing tools, templates, and personalized guidance
- Optional one-on-one mentorship depending on the selected plan
2. Student ResponsibilitiesAll participants are expected to:
- Attend all sessions or watch the recording if missed for a valid reason
- Submit all weekly assignments on time
- Engage actively in group discussions, mentor feedback loops, and support channels
- Ensure originality in essays and assignments
- Respect mentors, fellow students, and community guidelines
- Report outcomes (e.g., admissions, scholarships, or leadership program results) to EDUCATED
Note: If a student misses more than 2 sessions or 2 assignments, they may be removed from the program without a refund.
3. Program SupportThe EDUCATED team will provide:
- 15 well-structured weekly sessions delivered via Zoom
- Recordings of sessions for those who miss live attendance
- Ongoing guidance and feedback based on the selected plan
- Access to group communication platforms for peer and mentor interaction
- Full confidentiality of shared documents and personal information
4. ConfidentialityAll personal data, documents, and communications shared within the program will be handled with confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law.
5. Fees and Payment StructureThe program is offered in three tiers:
- EDU-Basic – $155: Foundational guidance on international applications, essays, interviews, and scholarships. Includes live sessions, recordings, and group access.
- EDU-Plus – $195: Includes everything in EDU-Basic, plus essay writing support, 3 mentor reviews, and consultation with a main mentor.
- EDU-Elite – $295: Includes everything in EDU-Plus, plus personalized one-on-one mentorship, extended support, and priority access to mentors.
Notes:
- Payment must be made in full before the program starts, or in accordance with a written payment schedule.
- Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access.
6. Termination of ParticipationStudents may be removed from the program if they:
- Consistently fail to complete assignments or attend sessions
- Violate community or ethical standards
- Submit plagiarized or dishonest work
- Disrupt the learning environment or disrespect other participants
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Refund Policya. Refunds will be issued if:
- EDUCATED is unable to provide the services as promised (e.g., program cancellation or mentor unavailability)
- A refund request is submitted within 48 hours of payment
b. Refunds will
not be issued if:
- The request is made after the 48-hour window
- The student voluntarily withdraws from the program
- The student fails to attend or complete assignments
- The student is removed for non-compliance
c. Refund requests must:
- Be submitted in writing with proof of payment and explanation
- Allow up to 14 business days for processing after approval
8. Student Result Sharing PolicyIf a student is admitted to a program or awarded a scholarship:
- EDUCATED reserves the right to share their story publicly on platforms such as Telegram, Instagram, and the official website
- Exclusivity clause: No other consulting agency may claim credit for results without written permission from EDUCATED
9. Dispute Resolution ClauseIn cases of conflicting claims from other agencies:
- Students must inform EDUCATED if they are receiving services from another agency
- EDUCATED will attempt to resolve disputes professionally
- If misrepresentation continues, legal action may be pursued to protect the student’s and EDUCATED’s integrity
10. Disclaimers- EDUCATED does not guarantee admission or scholarships
- Program outcomes depend on student effort and external evaluation committees
- All materials and feedback provided are for educational use only
11. AmendmentsThese terms may be updated at any time. Students will be notified of changes. Continued participation after updates signifies
agreement to the new terms.
12. Agreement and SignatureBy enrolling in EDUCATED Season 8 and making payment, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and responsibilities listed above
- You commit to participating actively and respecting program rules
